Barnevelder roosters up for discussion in Walton County, Georgia. 22 weeks old. They free range a lot. They are friendly. I dont hold my chickens so they arent used to being held. We never intended to have roos (thanks TS) but we wanted to raise them as long as we could. But now its officially hormone time and they want to mount my hens. No spurs yet. One crows, but we have yet to hear the other one still. Ive named them both Kyle (after my husband haha)

Thank you. They are sooooo pretty. We love them so much and really wish we could keep them. We only have 7 hens though and 2 roosters is gonna be bad news I'm afraid.
I totally understand that! ❤️❤️ maybe one would work? Some people do keep pairs and trios and stuff and they are fine and some end up bare even with a ton of girls, depends on the individual ❤️
