I have a roo that was an accident, but we fell in love with him. Like so in love, he sleeps inside at night. His dad was a RIR bantam and mom was a golden sebright. We gave him a golden sebright girlfriend and then added two silkies to his little harem(and they all come inside at night) My question is, what should the offspring of my mix too and pure golden sebright hen result in?

This is him being naughty and getting caught on the counter.

Probably nothing very surprising: some like the half-Sebright father, some like the full-Sebright mother, some in between, maybe some with other variations of black-and-gold patterning in the feathers.

I was just wondering if anyone would have a clue what the babies would look like. I also have a couple of silkie eggs in this batch that he fathered.

Now, I don't know a lot, but I'm guessing they'll look fluffy and have beautiful colors mixed in there... most probably won't be a solid color, but don't quote me on that.
These are the four that have hatched so far. Three from the golden sebright hen and one from the silkie. They are adorable!!!!
