Barred Columbian ?

I have a couple of barred columbian silkie roos and no hens. What do you think would be the best match to mate them to. I have the following silkie hens available for the project- White(may carry Silver), Gray, Black, Cuckoo and Partridge. Anyone have any ideas as how to breed them? or should I just test them all ?

Partridge.

Your Columbian is most likely Partridge based, just with the Columbian genes in there, so crossing the Partridge to Barred Columbian will make some good looking F1, then the second generation are right back on track.

I bet that is where those guys came from also..I kept wondering. I had a red partridge hen in with my cuckoo roo, I had my suspicions they came from that partridge hen but I wasn't sure.
