Barred Holland rooster in CT needs a new home

It has just become apparent that one of our chickens is a rooster. He is a barred Holland, about 15 weeks old and just started crowing last week. Zoning laws in our town prohibit us from having roosters over 4 months old so I need to find a good home for him soon. He is protective of our three hens, but not overly aggressive. I can send pictures if interested.
