Hello everyone...I wonder if there's a BPR breeder near New York state that's willing to sell me a batch of chicklings...I'm interested in 2 roos and 8 females, prefer day old and I'd like to pick up instead of mailed out. Is that something doable these days w/out having to go thru a hatchery?

Or, is there a hatchery near by that I could go to to pick up?

Why is it so hard to get chicks these days?

It's late in the year for a normal year to find chicks, let alone a year with everyone panicking over egg priced.
