Barred Plymouth Rock Hen or Rooster?

Hi there! I've got a barred Plymouth Rock Chicken that's about 3 months old. Is she a rooster or hen? I've looked online for a bit and haven't found an answer. Help!

She's a hen.

My BR looked about like that at three months as well.
