Hey all, I'm wondering if I could get some help sexing both these Barred Plymouth Rock chicks. This is the first time I've had any, so I'm just not sure what they are They're 5.5 weeks old if that helps!

I think it's a bit too early with these. They look healthy but a little small for their age. But maybe others will see things more clearly, so I'll give a shout out to @Overo Mare @Rhodebar Lover @MysteryChicken

They appear to be Heritage Type, & cockerels. They're double Barred, & have no dark wash on their legs.
It can be normal for comb, & wattle growth to be late. These are slow growing birds.

That is what I was thinking. No wash to the legs and lighter overall coloring.
