Barred Rock Chick has Raised Spot on Head

One of my 5 week old barred rock pullets has a spot on its head where the white spot was when it was a baby. The feathers were raised and sticking out so my husband put some medicine on it.
What is the matter with it?

I don’t think so before we put the medicine on it. Before we put medicine on it, it had feathers on it but it was raised. It’s not bleeding and doesn’t look very irritated.

I'm not sure what it is exactly. As long as everything else is normal.(eating, drinking, behavior) I would keep an eye on it.
