barred rock/dominique cross?

Just wondering, I am not hatching eggs or anything but what do you get when you cross these two breeds.

If the doniniques are not carrying the gene for single comb, you will get birds that look very much like a dominique, with rose combs. If the doms are carrying the single comb, you will get 50% with a rose comb and 50% with a single comb.

dose it make any difference if the rooster is the dom or the hens, meaning you get the same thing if the hens are all br and the rooster is the dom, as you would if the rooster was the br and the hens were dom?
