Barred Rock Hen or Roo?

Hi,
We are first-time chicken owners. We have 3 barred rock and one barnyard mix about 8 weeks old and 3 Polish about 10 weeks old. We started hearing some crowing and we think it's one of the Barred. So, is it likely that the Barred in this pic is a cockerel? What about this white mix?
