Barred Rock hen or rooster

Could somebody help gender this barred rock? They're about 11 weeks old. Got four chicks all were supposed to be hens but this one seems to be growing much faster and looks very different from the others.

Not a barred rock. Barred rocks dont have that tuff on their heads. Olive egger male.
