Yo guys!
I really need some barred rock hens and I can get them near the middle of September or so. I can't find any juvenile chickens from any sites and I am really looking forward to getting chickens! I'm new to poultry also, so any tips will help! Thanks.

i'm in michigan near ann arbor, and now i need them even sooner! i need them near the end of august and the beginning of september:D

We are scaling back some on our flocks ... I am looking into shipping for others would you like for me to check for you also? I have chicks that are a month old raised by White Rock moms and a few that were incubator babies. I have some hens and roosters also

uhh...yeah that sounds great! but i hope you can wait because my family and i are still working on getting that coop out and putting the fence up. They'll have about 56 sq. feet of grass to graze in. I hope they don't run it down too fast. Also, we are going to order a chicken coop sometime this week and I don't know what time that will get here. BUSY! lol We have to hire somebody to put up the fence though, and that's the only damper. The coop is beautiful, and if you ever need a small coop that is really cute and pretty affordable, go to greenchickencoop.com. It's really nice! If you have any tips for me on starting a small flock, I'd love to know every last detail. Do you know what breed the chicks are? My family and I decided we want a colorful egg basket, so maybe in a month we could see what breed the chicks are. We're on the lookout for Stars, Newhampshire Reds, Barred Rocks, and White Leghorns. If you have other breeds that withstand the cold well and lay really well, we could take those too. Still, we only need 4 chickens and my family has already chosen names for them! lol The names are Maudee, Lina, Pepper, and Sunny. If you could pick out the breeds of the chicks, that would be great.
Thanks a TON!

where are you located? i need 5 of your pullets, and it would be helpful if they were mostly different breeds. What kind of pullets do you have? I can take a couple white leghorns, a barred rock, a new hampshire red maybe if you have one, and a red or black star. Just let me know.

We're building the coop this week and we're hoping the chickens can come the week of the 23 or the 30th. The coop should be done this week or next week, then the next week we have to go to tractor supply and pick up a waterer or two, a couple bags of feed, some grit, and some pine shavings. Then the next week when it's all set up, we'll contact you somehow for shipping. We're in Michigan, so quite a ways away from Tennessee! Thanks!
