I recommend chicken birth control. Since the issue is internal, she won't lay usefull eggs, so it is probably better to put her on birth control, which will help prevent future issues regarding laying. This is why you should not get laying hybrids, they have these problems a lot more frequently, but she's a barred rock, so it is probably just how she was born.
