Barred Rock mix silkie gender

Hi my barred rock mix silkie is about two weeks old. I heard that barred mix silkies are sex linked? I was wondering if anyone could tell me the gender. Thanks!

It can be sex linked, but it depends on the cross. Which parent was which?

The mother is the silkie

Then they're not sex linked at all, you'll just have to wait it out.

black sex links require the mother to be the barred bird.
