Barred rock - pullet or roo??

I’m sorry to be this person, but could anyone help? I’m assuming the whiter ones are cockerels and the darker are pullets? Since the Roos for barred rock have the double barring.

Can you have multiple roosters with hens? 🥺

As far as multiple roosters, I ran into that problem. The roosters would compete with one another on which can mate the most and were wearing out the hens.
 
They are all cockerels, and I suspect they are black sex links. You can have multiple males in a flock but only if you have plenty of space and a good number of hens. But even then things may not work out.
