In the Brooder

Hey folks.. New here and 1st post.
Myself and 2 sons are diving into raising chickens (1st experience)
I got these for from a local lady who has raised chickens for 35 years. They are straight run but I am trying my best to determine the sex because I have more on order from mypetchicken. I want to end up with no more than four hens and a rooster.
According to her these were born a day early and 6 hours apart but I do not know which are which as far as that goes.
What is interesting is 2 are noticeably smaller and are standoffish and don't like to be touched. The two bigger ones will climb up my arm from the brooder, have fluffy tails compared to the single stranded looking feathers on the smaller ones.
If anyone could give me any input on the pictures I took I would appreciate it. They are three weeks old today and I realize it's hard to determine at this point but thought I would give it a shot.
The two smaller ones are numbered 1 and 2 and the two larger ones are numbered 3 and 4 in the pictures.
