Barred Rocks male or female

Can any of you experienced barred rockers give me advice. I have barred rocks and I had 4 roosters when i got my chicks and i could pick 2 of them out after they feathered. After a sad run in with a dog those 2 are gone. So i have two more roosters left but i can't pick them out. Is there any way to sort between males and females with 4 month old chicks.

As a general rule, males are lighter and have more white, females are darker and have more black.

I have two barred rock pullets, they are 5 weeks old now I think. They both look the same featherwise, but one has a pink/reddish hue to its comb and the other comb is yellow. They were supposed to be pullets (not straight run). Could this mean I have a roo?
