I have f1s from an Ayam cemani sire and barred hen, pullets are pure black and cockerels are barred, some with black shanks some w black and yellow marbled, all males have black and red marbled combs and eyes. Is it possible to get a pure black rooster from these or will all of their progeny be barred?

Here they are

If bred together you'll have a 50% chance of producing black of either sex and 50% chance of barred of either sex.

Yes, it does.
Wait, did you mean pure black by barred but with black skin?
The parents were a solid black sire and barred hen(sex link cross) producing barred males with marbled black skin and solid black females w black skin. I’d like to get more pure black offspring but don’t know if crossing these sibling will produce 75% barred offspring or 98% barred offspring
I agree, it's going to be very hard to get a black skin/face barred birds due to the linkage of Sexlinked Dermal Inhibitor and Sexlinked Barring
I just got a yellow chick from a black sexlink sire and buff hen which seems very unlikely, all of his other 16 offspring are barred.

Knowing the Rooster's genetic makeup(Split for Wheaten E/eWh) and the mother being also being pure Wheaten based(eWh/eWh) you actually have a 50% chance of getting Yellow chicks.
