Bath time

Summertime is approaching and my chickens are dirty in the butt area. Whats the easiest way of getting them bathed? (They do not like being held or staying still) Ive attached some images of them 3 unfortunately we lost another chicken to racoons.

If you have two people, one can hold them in a tub, the other scrubs
It can be frustrating with chickens who don't wanna cooporate
