Bathing a silkie?!?

What soap does everyone use to give a silkie a bath??!! I need to check her head for wounds after our rooster tried to mate her and pulled out several feathers. Her eyebrow area was bald and kind of raw looking, and has now grown back really fast, however the gnats wont leave her alone so I fear that maybe there was a cut I missed or something. Its really hard to see her skin with all that fluff!!! LOL If I find a disgusting mess of gnats, what do you all reccommend? peroxide? neosporin? bluekote?

I have heard nothing but good stuff about this shampoo. I think peroxide would work if u find gnats.
