Bathing sticky but dried chicks? Bath or leave alone?

Due to the little chick bleeding last night and slimed everything in the bator
most of the other chicks who should be dry and fluffy are dry but not fluffy due to being slime.
Would them not getting fluffed out cause any problems with them keeping warm when
they go in the brooder? Make them peck at each other more than normal?
Should I give them a quick warm bath to get the dried yuk off and let them fluff out or just
leave them alone?

I would leave them alone, they will fluff in a few days. That dry sticky crust won't wash off, it's like trying to was super glue off your fingers.
