Bator temp question

My eggs went in on April 5th and on the 17th when I candled 2/12 were unfertile. All others had an embryo and veins. Now for the past couple of days my bator is hovering at 98-99 f. It wont go above that. It is a still air so will this result in a failed hatch or will it just take and extra day or so?

Why can't you turn the temp up a tiny bit???? It should be about 101 on a still air...
