bator temp

im very new to chichens and hens laying eggs. i love it all. i started incubating 7 eggs 8-31-10 with the temp at 99.5. i put a digital thermo. with the hygrometer in and now i cant keep the temp constant. it is all over the place. i barely move the nob and it goes up to 104-106. barely move and it goes to 88-86-98. what do i do here?

Im assuming you have a little giant. Glue a large disk or knob on to the small knob it has. That way you can turn it less at a time. Also make sure you are just barely turn it an walk away. do not turn it till the light turns on or off.
