Baytril dosage for goose

Hello All,
I have a 9y/o buff goose- weighs 10pounds. She has bumble foot and has not been interested in all things in about 4 days. Looking for dosing info of Baytril injections.

According to Plumb’s veterinary manual “20 mg/ kg PO once daily.”

Treatment for birds is usually about 5 days.
