BCM chick wing feathers growing at different rate

I have 5 one week old BCM chicks straight run and one is pushing out wing feathers a little faster than the rest. wondering if this is a gender identifiable trait or do I just need to have more patients lol

first picture isn the faster feathering chick, second is what the rest look like

Feather growth is not a reliable what to tell gender.
I did have a chick that was a cockerel and he feathered in slower.
