BCM chicks, guesses as to gender please

Hi, I know that I should wait until about six weeks but I am far too impatient! Does anyone have any idea of the gender of these two chicks? The one on the left in the top pic and right in the bottom one, is much more scruffy and is the smallest of the two. It makes a heck of a racket if it is separated from the other chick. I am thinking it is a cockerel but knowing my luck they probably both are! I forgot to say, they are 3 and a half weeks old.

Too early.

Using size and scruffiness is not useful with two chicks--somebody has to mature faster and be bigger.
