Beachwood nj need help to change ordinance

I have wanted to raise chickens for years. I really don't understand why we can't have chickens in either direction less then a mile all other towns can have chickens. How can we change this? Help

Sadly that is how some communities are. If you post on your state thread maybe you can get other chicken people to rally around you and work to get the ordinance changed.
