I was carrying a new tray into the run two days ago, when our 11, 12 week olds were startled and a couple flew. I spend a lot of time with the girls and a couple hours later I noticed one was hanging back. When I tried to give her some arugula, she could barely peck at it then I noticed her beak! I’ve attached a pic of before and after. I’ve brought her inside and have been giving her electrolytes and soft food (soaking crumbles, bread and scrambled eggs and small pieces of arugula). She eats slowly and has a harder time. Drank a lot yesterday and her stool is runny today. Is there anything else I should be doing? Will it grow back in? I feel horrible.

That doesn't look too bad. Looks mostly the outer layer, & should grow back.

It's painful for the bird to have a beak injury.
You can apply Non Pain Relief Triple Antibiotic ointment to the beak to keep it from getting infected.

Thank you!! That makes me feel better. I think I have some in my medicine cabinet to use.
