Okay so — First of all, it wasn't her entire beak or even half, just the tip but to the point where whatever under the beak is exposed.
I don't know what happened, I found her like this. She doesn't seem to be in pain.
Do I leave it be?? What do I do??

It will grow back. Just keep an eye on her to be sure she's eating/drinking, and give her a wet mash of her pellet/crumble food in a deep bowl. Applesauce consistency wet mash so it's easy for her to eat without having to peck anything. She will be in pain for a few days, but it may heal pretty quickly and grow back in a few weeks.

You can search on this forum for "broken beak" and find many other posts where this has happened if you want more info - the chickens are usually just fine and heal well.

Mine cracked her beak, and lost part of it, but not as bad as yours. It grew out within a month. I keep cinderblocks in their run for them to scrape their beaks on to keep them trimmed. Took her a while, since it grew out kind of weird, but eventually her beak was back to the size and shape it should be.

There's an Article in the Articles forum about beak trimming if you think you might one day need to do that.
