Beak Trimming? Help please.

Hello! This is Teek. She is one of our coturnix. She is 4 weeks old and is starting to have issues eating and drinking. I am new to quail raising and I am needing some guidance on what to do for Teek. Thank you!

I don't think beak trimming is the answer here. I have heard of folks cooking for their birds to help them eat...things like oatmeal, grits, other soft foods. You might also want to dampen her gamebird food and put it in a shallow bowl in a hump, so that she does not have to pick up each bite, rather just grab at the food to get it down. Being damp, it will clump together and she will get more food each time she eats.
