Bearded Silkie rooster and ?

I bought these 3 and a half weeks ago from a breeder off Craigslist that said they were both hens and 6 months old. Last week the bigger one, that I was already beginning to suspect was a roo from the way it carried itself, did indeed start crowing. However the smaller one hasn't crowed and I know it could still be a few months before it might lay, so I thought I'd turn to the collective wisdom of BYC to see if its sex can be determined.
