If I were to cross a White Bearded Silkie and a Non-Bearded White Silkie what would the babies be? Would they have Beards or no Beards, would they have just smaller Beards?

Please Help.

They would all have beards, but not very full of ones.

It would go along as Mb/Mb x Mb+/Mb+ = 100% Mb/Mb+

From there, the offspring will pass bearded and nonbearded.

Muff & beard is an incompletely dominant gene, as is blue. There is a noticeable difference in a bird carrying one copy versus one carrying two copies. At least theoretically. In actuality, some birds with one copy look fine and others look pretty scruffy.
