Been too long..

Well Im not sure if anyone on here will remember me at all, it's been like a year and a half since I was last on. I joined the Marine Corps and ventured away from my back yard chicken life but im back!.. Just in a different country. I'm currently stationed in Japan and honestly the amount of people who raise chickens here is what got me to thinking about the sight again. Just throwing a hello out there to you all and just seeing what has changed in the chicken world while I have been away!

And a pup I rescued is now a member of a USMC family stationed in Okinawa.

Things are good. Different but good. I'm in Okinawa as well. That's pretty awesome about the puppy.

That dog, Cooper, is the ONLY reason I ever joined facebook, he has a page. So the dog I kept can keep up with his bro. Spoiled? Nah. Waaaaaaaaaaay beyond that!

How's the food, have you tried lots of new ones?

It's pretty amazing. Fresh sushi

they have stuff called taco rice..amazing. The food is nothing like the hibachi stuff you see stateside though. You see a lot of fishes and a ton of rice. They even have rice patties covering ice cream. Theyre "grocery" stores are the size of our convenience stores. They're tiny people with very simple lives.

Very expensive. I've never seen "used" items cost as much either
