Hi I've had chickens for about a decade. I started with a small backyard coop with 4 hens that I bought with no planning and therefore had in a Rubbermaid in my front room. I have since moved to a house with 1/2 acre and a very large coop with a spacious chicken yard and only get chicks when I have a broody hen to do the work for me. I currently have 8 hens. A Black Australorp, California Grey, Novogen, New Hampshire Red, Russian Orloff, and 3 Easter Egger's..

Porky, You'd better put in an appearance at the pond before they all come down with apoplexy.
