Before I adopt her, any idea what breed she is?

Looks like an AustraWhite.

Splash andalusians also look like that, especially how dark the legs are. Some hatcheries sell the black and splash along with the blue andalusians. If so, look for a smallish egg, and expect winters off.

Perfect! If she is that she will be a very good layer. I’ll be picking her up on Monday

How old is she? Looks at least over a year, so she's not going to be laying as well as a pullet/yearling would be, regardless of breed

It's coloring is paint rather than splash. It also lacks the white earlobes and white skin of an Andalusian. They should have slate legs with no yellow

I just looked that breed up and it looks just like her!
