Beginning of male coloring?

So, I know they’re still young at 3 weeks but I feel like my EE coloring is coming in the same as my older EE rooster did (distinct different color around the neck) and the chick is very assertive and hates being held. Not that that means much.

What do you guys think? I’ll post again in a few weeks too. I have 8 new 3 week old chicks, 4 EE and 4 Light Brahmas. I did read you can tell gender of LB by coloring as early as 4 weeks. True?

With that comb I would say cockerel.
Her/his coloring is even, which would indicate a pullet but I wouldn't go by that right now.
I did read you can tell gender of LB by coloring as early as 4 weeks. True?
This is not true.
 
Looks like there's an even pattern over the feathers. I'd say it's too early to call it. Post updated pics in a few weeks.
