Belgian d'Uccle strange tail feathers

My chicks are 7 weeks tomorrow. Few days ago I noticed weird strange 3 long feathers on one of the boys' tail. First I thought it's just feather falling out, and it was very difficult to take photo; it's just blends into background. But today I managed to get a shot. Is he turning into peacock? LOL
