Belgium D’uccle Pullet or young roo 9weeks

We hatched x6 Belgium Duccles and x4 are Roos at approximately 9 weeks of age prominent combs and trying to crow. The other two, one with barely a comb and one in between. Maybe a late bloomer ?? I’m keeping everything crossed I have two pullets. What are your thoughts?

Kind of leaning cockerel on the first one... but I'm not experienced with this breed. I think the second is a pullet, though.

The pure black one in the first photo is a pullet. The one in the center of the second photo is also a pullet.

Clarifying: The one that is primarily pictured. The one next to it is a pullet.

Thank you, yes I was meaning both with small to no comb. My kids would be devastated to loose anymore to being Roos.
