Believe it's coccidiosis

I have six red sexlink chickens and all are about six months old. Two days ago I noticed a bloody stool in one of the nesting boxes. All the birds seem healthy, eating, drinking and active. I cleaned it up and replaced the bedding in the box only to find the same thing today again. I have had all the birds out, one at a time to check on stools and everyone seems normal. I read on this forum about coccidiosis and treating it with corid from Tractor Supply. Do I treat all the birds since it is contagious? Are the eggs safe to consume? If I treat with corid, how long until the eggs are ok for my family to eat? I'm new at this and my girls are like extra kids. Thanks for your help!

Do a search on here,i used corid,there is a lot of imfo on here,do not overdose with corid i do remember that.

Dose all your birds for cocci. The 9.6% corid liquid solution dosage is 9.5cc per gallon of water for 5 days. Make a fresh mixture daily. The corid 20% soluable powder dosage is 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water for 5 days. Make a fresh mixture daily. Both the liquid and soluable corid has to be their only source of water to drink. Do not add vitamins, ACV, electrolyes to the mixtures.
Sanitize feeders, waterers, roosts etc..with ammonia water, not bleachwater. The eggs are safe to eat.
