So I found out about belts hatchery just about an hour ago, and it's literally 10 minutes away from me, I wanted to order about 25 (chicks) easter egger pullets and it'll be 71.87 cents. I was wondering if I could go pick up the chicks or drop off the money order or if I do have them shipped how much would the total cost be? There closed till the 26th I believe but February 4th is there first hatch so I'm really excited

Be realistic, 10 minutes away and you are asking questions????? Get in touch with them and pick them up when they tell you its good. You might find yourself changing your order numbers when you get there. You have time so make preparations to give chicks best jump start possible. Remember to use starter feed on chicks. Switch to layer feed only when they start laying. WISH YOU SUCCESS

I agree! Go get them and bring them home and avoid the stress of shipping!

Good luck with your soon to be new chicks and welcome to our flock!

If the hatchery is closed - try their web address- Belthatchery.com or something similar. Most hatcheries have a site that mentions breeds, price, min. number of birds purchased etc.
