Bench Quality Black Breasted Red Phoenix

I am having a difficult time finding private bench-quality (shown preferred) breeders of Black Breasted Phoenix chickens. Does anyone have leads? We are approaching the end if laying season and I'd like to get hatching eggs if possible before it ends.
