Really to treat stress in young chicks or dehydrated chickens of any age, you should put a poultry vitamin into the water, which contains B Complex along with vitamin A, D, and electrolytes. There is no need for vitamin K, unless your chicks have been bleeding or suffering from coccidosis, and it usually is not included ina poultry vitamin. Here is a manufacturer's label for a typical poultry vitamin: https://valleyvet.naccvp.com/index.php?m=product_view_basic&u=country&p=msds&id=1073060

What were your chick's symptoms, and their age? Symptoms of coccidiosis are lethargy, standing hunched or "puffed up," poor intake of food and water, and diarrhea or blood in droppings. The best treatment of that is to give amprollium, but in some countries other medicines are more widely used. After treatment, it is good to then give vitamins and probiotics to help replace what is lost, and to restore the beneficial bacteria to the intestines.
