a new roo of mine has a tail which leans to the right, is this normal?

That more than likely is wry tail, its either a fault or a DQ in the show hall. Don't even know if its serious enough not to use him for breeding.

Well, some people have detached ear lobes so it's probably fine unless it got bent some how.

I wouldn't breed this bird unless you want lil lop tails running around, as this is genetic
