Best Apocalyptic Movie for the Apocalypse

So, I and some other warped-minded individuals want to have a little party on the next upcoming doomsday, December 21, 2011. Popcorn, cookies, all the junk food we can handle, and beverages, and a movie to mock ourselves silly with.

Since it's a Wednesday night and we all need to go to work the next day, we are limiting to one movie instead of a marathon.

I'm a Terminator Junkie, so I would recommend one of those movies! I also love the movie The Core. That one is one of my favorite end of world type movies!

I have had to stop watching those movies. They freak me out. Then I go off on some other "hobby" to become more self sufficient. That's what has gotten me into 1) chickens for eggs 2)chickens for meat 3) canning 4) getting ready to get into soap making.

We will be clean and full

Toss-up...there are just so many good post-apoc movies. I would probably go with The Postman. Whatever you do, don't let anyone talk you into "The Road"
