Best back up thermometer for Brinsea Maxi 24 incubator?

Hey guys I am about to start a hatching project with very expensive eggs and I want to make sure my incubator is perfect during the process. I am looking for any recommendations on a good back up thermometer to go in side my Brinsea Maxi 24 advance to make sure my temperature is correct. If you have any recommendations let me know.
