Best Bedding to throw into garden

What is the best bedding that I can just dump into the compost pile or till into the garden?

People use different things, leaves, hay, straw, pine shavings, hemp, etc. I think anything that is absorbent and bio degradable is fine.

Hay will probably have a lot of seeds in it, I would not use that without composting it first. The rest listed above should work.

We do Deep Litter in the run. It's a mixture of hay, straw, grass clippings, leaves, landscape weeds and pine needles. All that, along with the chicken poop, breaks down into some beautiful compost. When we do the spring clean out that compost, along with the pine flakes from the coop, go into the garden.
