Best breed of quail for a neighborhood?

Hello, I am getting quail in the spring and I am wondering what breed would be the best for living in a subdivision? Thanks!

Are you permitted to keep quail in your area? Many times when chickens are not allowed, quail are accepted. Good to find out first.
