Best brooder

I was thinking of getting some Muscovies and I wanted to know if they all brood and if they do is there one that does it better than others.

We put them in raised pens with the back end being a three sided shelter. The floor is welded wire, the sides are welded wire and it has a cement pan as a pool. Can just hose the thing out as needed since they poo so darn much.
