I have some rode Island and I wanted to get some moor chicken but I live in mississippi and its is soooooooo hot in the summer . so what is the best breed would be best for egg

Mine has yet to start laying, but I've heard that sex links lay big eggs and a lot of eggs.

There really isn't a "best breed" it's just preferences. But it is fun to see who likes what.

You could go for the top egg producer (Leghorn).
But I really like the americauna breed cause' they all look different from each other and have blue eggs. Mine are producing daily too.
