Best Coop Watering Setup

We have an 8 x 12 coop with pine shavings for bedding. The coop is home to chickens and ducks. With winter coming I'm seeking some expert advise on the best solution to provide water in the coop that will prevent the ducks and chickens from turning half the coop into a soggy mess. I currently use a ground based watering system with a gravity chicken waterer. Does anyone have any ideas?

Best to keep duck water outside the coop.

Does coop have a floor or is it on the ground?
